Hi, my name is Emma Sherlock-Coonan, founder of ESCape Wellness and Soul Happy Breathwork.
I support people through Coaching, Breathwork and Somatic practices to reconnect with themselves, to release stress and emotional blocks, to find clarity and inner alignment, to feel empowered to take action to transform their life. I have gone through my own journey to arrive here, and I feel very committed to helping people heal and flourish.
ESCape Wellness uses techniques including:
- Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology models and methods.
- Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Gestalt Coaching, Intuitive and Holistic Coaching.
- Breathwork & Somatic Therapies – Integrating the body, mind and emotions to address both the psychological and physiological symptoms of stress, anxiety and trauma.
- Nervous System Regulation: Developing the autonomic capacity, flexibility and skill to move between different states of arousal.
- Vagus nerve training: Learning to stimulate or relax your
parasympathetic nervous system. - Behavioural Change Frameworks: Learning how to make positive and enduring change by disrupting current habits and fosteringnew ones.

I work with clients on an individual basis, either in person, via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Whats App Video Call and build a wellness plan tailored to their specific set of goals and needs.
In this 60 minute session the client sets the agenda and they decide what they want from the session with i.e.

I aim to create a tranquil environment where you can switch off and escape from hectic modern life back home, and just concentrate on being truly present while focusing on your health and happiness. It’s also a precious time to reflect on what may or may not be working for you back home and to renew, realign and reset yourself with your goals.
