I am an Integrative Applied Psychology Practitioner, which means I draw from a variety of evidence-based psychological, coaching, and behavioral health approaches to support individuals in creating meaningful, lasting change. I work holistically — integrating mind, body, and emotional awareness — and view each person through the lens of their strengths, potential, and unique life experiences. This includes addressing behavioral health by helping clients understand and shift patterns related to habits, emotions, and lifestyle, empowering them to develop healthier behaviors that support overall well-being and personal growth.
